I’m Gabriella Udumaga, a freelance executive assistant. This notice explains what personal information I collect, why I use it, how long I keep it and how to ask me to stop. If you have any questions, email me at .

If you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, your email address and a short message about what you need help with. When you press Send, these details go to Formspree, a form service that passes them to my email.

I use them only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to arrange that work. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I don’t share your details with anyone else.

If I email your business

I sometimes email UK businesses that I think might find my support useful. I only contact limited companies and limited liability partnerships, and only using business contact details they have made public.

I find these details on:

  • the company’s own website
  • the Companies House register
  • the company’s or the person’s LinkedIn page

Every email I send tells you where I found your address. I keep a short record of who I contacted, their business email and role, where I found the details, the date I wrote and any reply.

Under UK data protection law, my reason for doing this is “legitimate interests”: offering a relevant business service to a business, in a way you would reasonably expect and can easily refuse.

How to opt out

Reply to any of my emails with “no thanks”, or write to . I will stop contacting you the same day.

I then add your email address to a short do not contact list, so I never email you by mistake again. That list holds only your email address and the date you asked.

How long I keep information

  • Contact form messages: up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless we start working together.
  • Outreach records: deleted 12 months after I first wrote, if you didn’t reply.
  • Client records: for as long as we work together, then as long as needed for my accounts and tax records.
  • Do not contact list: kept for as long as I do outreach, so your request keeps being honoured.

Who else handles your information

  • Google provides my email.
  • Formspree receives messages sent through the contact form and passes them to me.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website.
  • Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

I don’t sell your information. This site doesn’t use cookies, tracking or analytics.

I work from Nigeria, and your details are stored in Google’s systems, which may be outside the UK. I only use well established providers that protect personal data to a high standard.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email and I will reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
